Excellerent’s sales team works with client to capture the specifics of a particular requirement(hard as well as soft skills),and develops a “Requirement Profile"

Each Requirement Profile is submitted into our proprietary online system, and published to a recruitment team of 30+ recruiters

Each candidate goes through a comprehensive 3-step screening (initial, technical and personal), before being presented to the client

The technical screening is done by a panel of interviewers led by the practice lead of that particular solution array

Once approved by the client, a resource goes through background checks, drug screening or any other check requested by the client

Upon assignment, a resource is formally "inducted" into client's business, products and architecture through a pre-engagement training – at no cost to our clients.

Excellerent leverages the experience with each round of hiring, by developing and fine-tuning a client-specific "checklist" to speed up future recruiting.
